Cookery class followed by an informal dinner in B&H Kitchen.

Learn our chefs’ secrets in a one and a half hour class where you’ll be shown the specialist skills to cook your dinner for the evening whilst learning how to perfect your cookery techniques and achieve the ultimate favour and finish for each chosen dish. 

EAT.

Then, enjoy the fruits of your labour while you sit and eat what you’ve cooked in the intimate, culinary setting of B&H Kitchen.

(DRINK).

Do it all glass in hand (if you like). B&H’s crack bar team will be at the ready to provide flavour enhancing cocktails and pair interesting wines to accompany the food being prepared.

 Led by Bourne & Hollingsworth’s Executive Chef Matthew Harris, our team of chefs will on hand to share their knowledge and draw out the flavour of the evening.

Each evening will be led by Bourne & Hollingsworth’s Executive Chef Matthew Harris: 

Matthew has had quite the career – running some of London’s best loved heritage and cultural dining establishments including Bibendum, The Royal Opera House and National Portrait Gallery Restaurants, Bellanger and Noble Rot. Now Executive Chef of Bourne & Hollingsworth, Matthew will lead these classes, highlighting and showcasing long earned skills and techniques to achieve and draw out ultimate flavour into every dish.
