This wonderfully rich fruity twist on an Espresso Martini is made with Lejay Lagoute Crème de Cassis, fresh raspberry puree, chilled espresso and Mr Black coffee liqueur.

Scottish heather (hand-picked by Jamie’s mother) is flamed with Laphroaig 10 year, orange cognac liqueur and sweet vermouth before being soothed with apple juice. Served warm and comforting in a brandy glass.

Somerset Ice Cider £8
Made in a similar way to ice wine, this beautiful product has a unique bitter-sweet flavour that perfectly depicts the traditional vintage cider apple.

Vestal Pomorze Unfiltered Potato Vodka 2014 Vintage £12
Early picked red-skinned Asterix potatoes are grown near the Baltic coast. A lively fermentation and single distillation have given this vodka lovely natural aromas of blueberry and liquorice. It has a smooth velvety mouth feel that makes it perfect for sipping and savouring.

A multi-award winning rum from the cognac maverick Alexandre Gabriel, made carefully by blending light and heavy rums from Trinidad and Tobago after redistilling them and infusing them with pineapple. Fruity nose gives way to a dry rich body and a lingering finish.

Del Maguey Iberico £30
This fascinating mezcal from the Del Maguey family of artisan producers is made with twice distilled mezcal from Santa Catrina Minas, which is given a third distillation with nuts, berries and uncooked white rice in the spirit, and a leg of Iberico ham suspended in the still!

House Amaretto £8
A homemade marriage of amaretti biscuits, vanilla and almond on a base of Polish vodka, lightly sweetened.
